This single storey villa is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout.  The stylish, open-plan living area has two comfortable leather sofas, TV with DVD/CD home cinema system for you to enjoy with a selection of films for both children and adults.  It has a light, peaceful feel with good quality furnishings including a solid oak dining table with six chairs.

The independent modern kitchen is extremely well equipped for a self catering holiday and has everything you might expect; kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.  There is also a cool box for your use; for lunch or some cool beers down on the beach. 

The villa has 3 attractive, bright and spacious bedrroms all with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a 5 ft double bed and a fully-tiled ensuite bathroom.  There are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a full family bathroom.

Patio doors from the living area lead to the beautiful sun terrace which overlooks the large 8x3.6m heated swimming pool with Roman steps and jacuzzi jets.  

An exterior stairway at the side of the villa leads to an amazing roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.  Enjoy an alfresco meal with a beautiful view!
